The 5T Pitching Program is a holistic pitching performance program designed for pitchers in North County San Diego. Our comprehensive approach focuses on five key pillars to unleash your true pitching potential for Pitchers 7th grade and older.

Unlimited Training: $300 Per Month

Attend Unlimited Sessions Per Week, Customized 365 Day Online Training Program. Available To Athletes 7th Grade and Up.

 

2x Per Week: $225 Per Month

Attend 2 Sessions Per Week, Customized 365 Day Online Training Program. Available To Athletes 7th Grade and Up.

Remote Training Only: $99 Per Month

Brandon League, NASM-CPT, FRCms

Pitching Coordinator

League is a 10-year MLB veteran baseball pitcher with invaluable experience pitching for the Toronto Blue Jays, the Seattle Mariners, and the Los Angeles Dodgers. After a record season with the Seattle Mariners, where he earned 37 saves, League became a 2011 member of the AL MLB All-Star Team.

Throughout League’s career, he had the honor of pitching and developing as an athlete in the company of the best in the business, from nationally recognized coaches to Hall of Fame pitchers.

League has also worked with the best physical therapists, movement specialists, sports psychologists, neuro-linguistic programming master practitioners, and mental coaches in the country.

Like most elite athletes, League faced adversity in his professional career. He understands what it’s like to be injured, have surgery, and teach yourself how to move all over again. In the process of rehab and recovery, League gained an even deeper understanding of body mechanics, functional strength, and mental strength.

Troy Rallings is a highly accomplished baseball player known for his impressive achievements both in college and in his professional career. He was drafted by the Oakland Athletics in 2015 and the Los Angeles Angels in 2016, showcasing his talent and recognition by Major League Baseball teams.

Rallings earned a prestigious spot on the PAC-12 All Decade Team for the years 2010-2019, highlighting his exceptional contributions to collegiate baseball during that period. In 2016, he further solidified his standing in the baseball community by being named the West Coast Player of the Year, earning a place on the NCAA 1st Team All American, and becoming a Semi-Finalist for the Golden Spikes Award—an honor reserved for the top amateur baseball player in the United States.

Payton Tyler brings a wealth of experience and expertise to the realm of pitching instruction, backed by a strong background in collegiate play and a passion for developing athletes. With a Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology, Payton possesses a deep understanding of the physiological aspects of sports performance, which he seamlessly integrates into his coaching philosophy.

Having played collegiately at Solano College and CSU Stanislaus, Payton honed his pitching skills at a high level of competition, gaining valuable insights into the nuances of the game. His dedication to excellence on the field translated seamlessly into his coaching career, where he currently serves as a coach at Carlsbad High School.
